Currently living in Bellinzona, with a strong connection to Barcelona.
Traveling with my own and other projects through Europe and Latin America.
Various paths and stones in the world of performing arts and music have shaped and transformed my journey as a singer, performer, and author.
Undisciplinary artist, the voice is at the core of my artistic practice, understood as a testament to the existence of the body’s nature, within a powerful movement that fosters social cohesion.
The artistic project “LA MARIA” explores, deconstructs, and recomposes the concept of a concert and the repertoire’s content.
My work is deeply influenced by Latin American folklore, as I maintain an intimate relationship with its rhythms, melodies, and lyrics due to my personal heritage. However, in my vocal research, I explore a wide range of musical styles, from indie to noise, from pop to folklore.
Currently, I am engaged in an experimental project titled “JUST THINGS HAPPENING”, which focuses on the vocal body and its relationship with ritual.
Teaching has also been a significant field for exploring and expanding vocal practice and research. In addition to workshops and individual coaching, since 2023 I have been teaching voice at the Accademia Dimitri in Verscio (SUPSI).
I’m truly grateful to have had the opportunity to collaborate with many artists from diverse fields and backgrounds, both on my own projects and on theirs (some of them are listed in the sections “Collaboration” or “Other Projects”).
